All services, timelines, and estimates provided are subject to formal written agreements and on-site assessments. The information on our website does not constitute a binding contract for service until a formal agreement is signed.
3. SMS/Text Messaging Communications (A2P 10DLC Compliance) By providing your phone number and opting in through our website, phone systems, or in-person agreements, you consent to receive communications from us.

Our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall be strictly limited to the amount actually paid by you to us for the specific service in dispute.
